Sensor Placement and Clothing GuidelinesSince two sensors will be attached to your upper chest and one to your lower abdomen, it is highly recommended that you wear a comfortable, loose T‑shirt or shirt that makes it straightforward to place the sensors in those areas.
Please
avoid wearing dresses or one-piece outfits that would make it difficult to attach the sensors to your chest and lower abdomen.
Looser clothing such as a T-shirt or shirt with trousers or a skirt is ideal, as it makes it easier to position the sensors while ensuring your comfort and privacy.
If you prefer, you will be able to attach the sensors yourself in privacy, and I will step out of the room for this part. If it helps you feel more comfortable, you are also welcome to bring a friend or colleague with you to the session.

The image shows two small adhesive sensors placed just below the collarbones on the upper chest and one adhesive sensor placed on the lower abdomen, with additional small finger sensors shown on the hand.
All participants will receive a £15 shopping voucher (e.g. Amazon) as a thank you for their time.
In addition, Level 4 psychology students using
Sona may also receive research participation points (the exact number will be shown on Sona).
Link to SonaThe £15 payment is the same whether or not you complete the whole session, if you stop for safety or comfort reasons.
